Acceptable Use Policy

Degaus Technologies Ltd (trading as "Wonda"), with its registered office at 1 Mark Square, Mark Square, London, England, EC2A 4EG, Company No. 16769117 (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Wonda"), is committed to ensuring that the Platform and the Website are used only for legitimate and legal purposes.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, or simply by using the Platform or the Website, you also agree to be bound by this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Wonda takes firm action against any illegal or non-compliant use of the Platform and the Website and will assist law enforcement in investigating any illegal activities. Any use of the Platform or the Website for illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable activities is strictly prohibited.

1.2. You agree to use the Platform and the Website only for legal and legitimate purposes and to avoid the Prohibited Activities listed in Article 2.

1.3. Any capitalised terms not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1. General Prohibited Activities

General Prohibited Activities include, but are not limited to:

• Denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any other actions that cause undue burden on any servers or infrastructure
• Unsolicited mass messaging or spamming
• Any fraudulent or deceptive behaviour (such as phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, spoofing, ad fraud, click fraud, etc.)
• Any artificial interaction (such as fake upvotes, shares, or engagement manipulation)
• Creating or operating accounts that impersonate another person or entity, or that are operated to deceive, or creating or distributing deceptive content (such as disinformation, clickbait, misleading advertisements, or scam emails)
• Any manipulation of search engine optimisation (e.g., fake clicks in search results)
• Engaging in surveys in exchange for any financial or in-kind benefit
• Resale of any Platform features without obtaining Wonda's prior written approval
• Engaging in activities that contravene applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of any third party
• Any activity that may harm the reputation, goodwill, or interests of Wonda
• Using the Services to build, train, or improve a product or service that competes with the Platform, or reverse engineering the Platform's software (except where such restriction is prohibited by law)
• Any additional activity that Wonda reasonably deems immoral, unlawful, or undesirable on its Platform or Website

2.2. AI Content Generation Prohibited Activities

In addition to the general prohibitions above, the following activities are specifically prohibited in connection with the use of AI-powered content generation features of the Platform:

• Generating content that uses or misrepresents the identity, voice, or likeness of any real person without authorisation
• Creating content that impersonates any person, brand, or organisation without authorisation
• Generating content designed to harass, defame, threaten, intimidate, or incite violence against any individual, group, or entity
• Creating deliberately misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, including but not limited to fake news, fabricated evidence, or manipulated media intended to deceive
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with content safety filters, moderation systems, or usage restrictions of the Platform or any third-party AI service providers
• Using the Platform to generate content that knowingly infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Generating illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or content that violates applicable laws in any relevant jurisdiction
• Using AI-generated content to facilitate identity theft, fraud, or other criminal activities

2.3. Connected Platform Prohibited Activities

In addition to the general prohibitions above, the following activities are specifically prohibited in connection with your use of Connected Platforms through the Services:

• Mass posting, spam posting, or other activity that breaches the rules of, or your obligations to, any Connected Platform
• Using the Services to circumvent or evade any enforcement action, suspension, ban, or block that a Connected Platform has imposed on you
• Operating accounts that impersonate another person or entity
• Purchasing, selling, or artificially inflating engagement metrics (including likes, followers, comments, shares, views, or any other form of engagement) through the Services
• Misrepresenting content as human-created where disclosure is required by applicable Platform Rules, advertising standards, or applicable law
• Conducting coordinated inauthentic behaviour, including operating networks of accounts for the purpose of manipulation, astroturfing, or artificially amplifying content
• Using the Services in any manner that breaches the Platform Rules of any Connected Platform
• Engaging in interactions that constitute spam or harassment under applicable Platform Rules

3. Reporting Violations

3.1. If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, you are encouraged to report it to us at contact@wonda.sh. We will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.

4. Our Rights

4.1. In case Wonda identifies any of the Prohibited Activities on the Platform or the Website, it is authorised to block, delete, suspend, or otherwise restrict any non-compliant user from the Platform or Website without prior notice. Wonda may also limit or restrict the use of the Platform or Website at its sole discretion to prevent any direct or indirect damage to Wonda, its users, or any third party.

4.2. Wonda shall not be liable to you or any third party for exercising its rights in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy.

4.3. We may disclose user information where required by law, or where we consider it necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wonda, its users, or the public.

5. Amendments

5.1. We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or industry best practices. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notification in your user account or on the Website. Your continued use of the Platform or Website after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
